If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport, this is the most friendly, lovely, welcoming place. Our stay there was brief (too brief for our liking) but every aspect of this hotel was perfect. Check in was seamless, they have an app that allows you to manage your stay, the sport bar did amazing food (and our first drink was free). A special shout out to Minh, who was an absolute delight to deal with.

Birds dirty on the winndows....
I booked 4 nights in a superior room in this 5-star establishment in January 2025. Upon greeting at reception I was upgraded to a Deluxe room. I had requested a quiet room, not overlooking the very noisy Nguyen Van Troi Boulevard. I was assigned room 658 facing the rear. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was also spacious. The furniture is quite old but clean and well maintained. However, I note traces of bird dirt on the windows which does not reflect the 5 star classification of this establishment. The breakfast was plentiful and varied throughout the stay but the orange juice was chemical.

10/10 for the staff. The staff was amazing and very polite, friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms are damp and have mold issues. I think the culprit is the carpeting. They should change out the carpet to hard wood floors. Most rooms have a damp smell and feel, which can cause health issues. The staff was super great with allowing us to choose a different room, but out of the 2 rooms they let us choose, 1 seem to also have the same issue.
