Hotel stay because of weather and medical
We stayed because my daughter had a surgical procedure the next day. The night before surgery the weather called for freezing rain and ice. The restaurant was good for having a few standard meals. Pool, hot tub and being 7 mins away from the hospital. Rooms were nice but walls can use a deep cleaning. Carpet can be replaced…. We stayed on the 4th floor and after getting off the elevators the carpet was loose and stained in spots. Staff were amazing.

In bed of serious remodel
This hotel needs a definite remodel. Our room has so many issues from the bathtub backing up, to carpet tack being exposed (my 7 year old and husband both stepped on it). The a/c had a thermostat but the vents pointed directly at one of the beds which made it extremely cold to sleep there. These rooms need a major overhaul. We were told they were starting the process, so hopefully it gets done quickly. The proximity to the campus is so nice so this could be a great option for many people visiting kids at the school!
