This was our first stay at Harrah’s. The staff throughout the hotel was super friendly. The pool was nice—my kids loved it. The room was clean, but some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, so we had to share chargers for all devices. The ac worked great the first night, but it didn’t by the next day. It stayed set on 65 but never cooled off the room again like the first night.

Check-in is stated that it is at 4pm. I arrived at 4:15 & was told my room wasn’t ready and that it would be an hr before it was!!! I check back in a hr & it still not ready. I asked why & staff told me 2 reasons- 1. Check begins at 4 so it doesn’t mean your room will be ready 2. They were short staffed in housekeeping & had a lot of late checkouts. After 2 hours of waiting - I asked again. It still wasn’t ready but somehow a manger “found” a room- it wasn’t the one I reserved. I was not happy with the 2 hr wait & no full water view. The food was ok at the bar near the front desk. Blind Tiger was typical bar food. The pool was good & i appreciated the ledge to sit on in the pool. However, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean and well kept, access to ammenities was stress free and parking was close to elevators. The pool and hot tub were nice, heated, and staff were nice and helpful. I enjoyed that the casino area was separate from the hotel area. The layout is very convenient in comparison to other resorts in Biloxi. Overall it was a great stay and the people were very lovely.

The room was not clean, food particles on the floor. The staff in the Salt restaurant forgot to enter our order, so the food came out 1 at a time for 4 people, we requested no onions due to an allergy, food came with onions, 4th person received the wrong order and everyone else was finished eating before he received his food. Not a great experience and will not stay here again. Pool was amazing!

According to web site, 8-10p is supposed to be adults only in the pool. That rule was not adhered to by staff. Also, the music at the pool was cut off hour before closing which was disappointing. I saw lack of security at pool area and a lot of trash left around pool area. No one cleaning up. For the most part, resort is very nice and restaurants good.
