CHECK IN
Where do I start this place is horrible. Booked for Valentine’s Day and the total come out to $312. The moment I get to the hotel I get hit with hidden fees such as an incidental and parking and some other minor fees. When I go to pay it brings the total to 465 and when I asked the guy at the counter if there was anything we can do he laughed in my face and just said these are our prices. Absolutely embarrassing and will not be staying here again.

What has happened to hotels and service $
Several mysterious charges after check out. I would like a detailed bill. The last charge of $32.00 was, I guess, for two bottles of water I bought as the(( hotel does not provide water. Two others might have been parking $49 and $50. ?? Of course, the room gets cleaned every 3rd day and you get 2 towels to last the two days before cleaning.

Some rooms renovated and some not. Stayed in an accessible room so shower was low flow not to my liking. Food was good but Starbucks offerings were limited and out of stock.
