Great family fun getaway
We had a wonderful family getaway at Great Wolf Lodge! The resort is packed with fun activities for all ages, and the energy throughout the property is fantastic. The pools and water slides were a highlight for us, with options for every comfort level, from calm to adventurous. Our upgraded room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the convenience of the waterproof wristbands—they made paying for food, parking, and accessing the room so easy! The text service was another great feature, making it simple to request anything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the mining activity staff and the Build-A-Bear lady, who added a personal touch to our experience. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: - The hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) were often overcrowded. Adding more would be a game-changer. - A kids club paired with a spa package for parents would be a fantastic addition, giving adults some time to relax. - The sink for washing hands and brushing teeth is outside the bathroom, which meant turning on lights in the sleeping area—disruptive when someone was trying to rest. It would be much better if the sink were inside the bathroom. - Elevators were slow and packed, which was frustrating during peak times. - MagiQuest being in a central area made it quite crowded. Moving it elsewhere could help reduce congestion. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had an amazing time!

Nice stay overall
The check-in was longer than usual and had a line out the door, but was due to school being closed state-wide that wasn't planned for with staffing. The wavepool kind of made us nauseas due to people being careless and their little ones pooping in the pool. Even though there are signs and swim diapers, is the parents fault not the kid.

Not really an improvement
The $40 million renovations are complete but the elevators are still terrible. You also have to pay $15+tax for self parking.

The establishment was closed until 2 pm, and the property was not as clean or updated as I had hoped. The room and bathroom were not in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.

They ripped us off. When you get for food credits other stuff u won't get ur money back if u don't use them at all. My husband was super pissed off. They are over charge us twice. If they don't give half our back I already purchased the protection plan for this trip. They took advantage of disability like us . We not coming back at all. I got hurt and my father in law got hurt as well . He's 68 years old. My mother in law is 69 old they didn't have enough handicapped parking at all they had little bit. The hallways was very dirty and the elevators was very gross for the pipes they made for the wheel chairs was unsafe. The food was very expensive and the prizes was very expensive and the hotel wasnt kept up we saw bugs in the room and when I was in getting my prizes at prize center I seen a lot of kids were crying and I almost gave up and tell the owner of that hotel . All familys aren't rich at all. A lot of people are low income like us and on fixed . This is disrespectful and over charge for my husbands account. Now his bank account is 500.00 negative from this place. We paid before we came to the great wolf lodge. We not coming back at all. This place never ask me or my husband if we were ok or my family because my best friend got hurt because the picture fell off and hit her on the four head and after the vacation she had a huge headache from the picture frame in our room. Kids at the hotel supposed to be in school not at a water park. All the kids were disrespectful.
