The Mexican grill next door was awesome. Front desk lady was nice. Pool area was well kept and a nice amenity. Down side was our toilet was broken, the pull out bed had trash and pills in it. Plastic was ripped open and mattress was dirty. No sheets. Husband asked for bedding and got only a ripped quilt. We didnt feel safe to put the kids on it as planned. We left in the middle of the night because we couldnt all fit in the bed.

The stay was overall good. The halls seem really warm which is uncomfortable during summer heat. The parking area seems adequate but work vehicles with trailers or oversized vehicles would take up multiple spaces which made it hard to find a parking space but the desk employee was helpful and understanding.

This hotel is old and outdated first room bath tub was rusted and molded bathroom door didn’t close all the way….So i request another room on the way to the next 1 the front desk just left door card sitting on the counter. The hallway carpet is dirty and smell like mold never again

These folks held a delivery for me that involved a component very critical to my work in the area. I really appreciated them looking out for the delivery and holding it for me til I arrived the next day. Next time I return to Port Arthur I will be staying here again.
