Hotellet er sådan set fint. Værelset var godt indrettet - dog lidt upraktisk placering af kontakter. Men meget upersonligt. Check In og ud samt køb af ydelser sker på en skærm. Sammenholdt mod andre hoteller i byen til samme pris, mangler den personlige kontakt. Jeg vil fremover ikke benytte hotellet, alene på grund af parkeringsforholdene. De få - ca 20 pladser der er foran hotellet, bliver ombygget til el biler. Alle andre skal parkere på bagsiden af hotellet og man skal gå hele vejen udenom hotellet for at komme ind. I regnvejr er det meget upraktisk. The hotel is kind of fine. The room was well furnished - although the placement of switches was a bit impractical. But very impersonal. Check in and out as well as the purchase of services takes place on a screen. Compared to other hotels in the city at the same price, the personal touch is lacking. I will not use the hotel in the future, solely because of the parking conditions. The few - about 20 spaces in front of the hotel will be converted to electric cars. Everyone else must park at the back of the hotel and you have to walk all the way around the hotel to enter. In rainy weather it is very impractical

El hotel esta nuevo. No hay servicio de limpieza diario, tienen en un lugar de paso unos armarios abiertos con toallas y geles de baño. En mi habitacion no habia un escritorio donde poder trabajar, solo una mesa bajita, si bien es cierto que en la zona del lobby habia mesas para poder trabajar pero con muy pocos enchufes

Indtjekning fungere dårligt og tog lang tid, da man skal gøre det selv. Mange havde problemer og vi endte med og måtte finde en ansat så vi kunne blive tjekket ind. Vores værelse var blevet givet til nogle andre efter vi var kommet ind på det, da der pludselig stod nogen med et nøglekort til vores værelse. Der er ikke særlig lydtæt, og der er en del støj. Morgenmad er acceptabel. Hotellet er billigt, måske også for billigt.

Fint ophold til prisen. Hyggelig lounge med spil, shuffleboard m.m. Der var fyldt op på hotellet da vi var der, hvilket betød kø ved morgenmaden. Vi blev spurgt om hvornår vi vil spise, vi sagde mellem 08 og 09. Vi blev rådet til at komme mellem kl 07 og 08. Der sagde vi OK til. Og godt vi gjorde det. Efterfølgende var der kø i op til 30 min, og vi så flere der tog maden med på værelserne. Når man registrere hvornår man vil spise, bør man også blive tjekket af. Så undgår man kø, da man har et kapacitetsmax

Udmærket kvalitet
Selve kundeoplevelsen påvirkes uvægerligt af, at det er et selvbetjeningshotel. Uagtet udmærket kvalitetsindtryk, så ville et nærværende personale have gjort en forskel. Kan man være personalet foruden, så er hotellet ganske udmærket.

Der var lidt meget interaktion med robot og tech fremfor mennesker - det besværliggjorde nogle spørgsmål, idet robotter ikke altid forstår hvad man egentlig spørger om. Lidt frustrerende. Ellers udmærket!
