As fotografias inseridas no anúncio NÃO condizem com o apartamento e nem com os detalhes da propriedade. As fotos mostram pia e fogão, mas a propriedade não possui, o apartamento é adaptado para PCD e é menor do que o que está sendo ofertado. Esse tipo de anúncio desrespeita ao Código de Defesa do Consumidor, pois quando as imagens do anúncio são diferentes da descrição ou do produto real, isso configura propaganda enganosa (art. 37 do CDC). Mesmo tendo entrado em contato com o proprietário poucos minutos após o meu check in e também com a plataforma Hoteis.com, não obtive qualquer solução. Ao contrário, sugeriram apenas que eu fizesse um upgrade para uma "categoria superior" PAGANDO uma diferença considerável! Portanto, não recomendo.

As toalhas e roupas de cama estavam encardidas. Se barulho for um problema pra dormir procure outro local. O isolamento acústico é péssimo. Vc escuta o corredor e os quartos vizinhos como se não existissem paredes. Um casal mais animado no quarto ao lado e sua noite será uma sinfonia proibida para menores. A localização em si é excelente. A estrutura do quarto é ok. Banheiro ok. Fiquei no nono andar. Pouco barulho da rua.

O hotel é no estilo apart, e todas conveniências são pagas, o que mais senti falta foi da limpeza diária, trocar lixo e passar um paninho, mas é a proposta desse tipo de propriedade de baixo custo.

Quarto com móveis com defeito e também, estragados, demonstrando que foram feitos com material de baixa qualidade. Elevador com display torto, o que, na minha opinião, demonstra falta de manutenção. Cama razoável. Ter cozinha com fogão e precisar alugar panela é um absurdo, o empreendimento deveria disponibilizar ao menos uma por apartamento. Localização excelente, próximo ao metrô da linha amarela e azul, com boas opções de alimentação bem próximas ao apartamento. O chuveiro não tem muita pressão, mas é bom, tem como tomar um banho decente! Se não se importar de ter prateleira meio caída, cadeira manca e gaveta que cai quando abre, não tem muito mais coisas que desabonem. Me colocaram em um quarto de esquina, que tinha um tamanho ótimo! Equipe educada e prestativa! Só mesmo a questão da condição dos móveis, que demonstra a falta de manutenção e que foram usados materiais de baixa qualidade na produção destes.
