Nice stay
Checking in was very easy. The staff was kind and attentive. The room was nice, but the balcony was unusable. There was also a lot of outside noise. Usually hotels in this area are bustling, but there didn’t seem to be any soundproofing which made it hard to sleep.

Have stayed at many of the 4 star hotels in Chicago. Nothing special, but no major negatives. Great location. Valet was easy. Room was smaller than expected. Room setup is a bit unusual - tv is on the side of the bed, and there is a glass wall (in addition to the main door) separating the bathroom to the main room that has a curtain (can be open/closed) and allows full view in to the bathroom from the main room/bed. Not a bad experience and not a bad room - but in hindsight would have spent a little extra to stay elsewhere and found it a bit lacking to competition.
