The overall experience is great, of course, there are always some things that can be improved. The check in was quick and easy, room was clean and modern, we got room on 6th floor with a view of freeway. The hotel was almost empty and felt like we were alone, which was nice for us. The parking price tag is a little strange ($14 per day). But you may park your car right across the street for free, if you don't mind walk for 2 mins to hotel.

Well, the facilities in the room were really good: spacious, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, ... But: - My reservation included breakfast. When we arrived, we were told there is no breakfast because of covid-19 concerns! Well, this was not mentioned any where and I have kids so it was not convenient at all!!! We have been to other hotels where they cancelled the buffet and provided pre-packed breakfast instead. The gentleman at the front desk said he waived the parking fees ($14) as a compensation. P.S. I had to pay $100 at iHop for our family to have a decent breakfast, add this to the inconvenience. - We stayed for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned and when we complained, we were told we have to ask for house keeping a day in advance! This was also not mentioned any where and not common at all! - The pool was closed which I guess was expected due to the covid-19 (but should also be mentioned on their website or hotels.com) - We were looking for cups in the room to have some coffee and we found them in the dish washer. Not sure whether they were already clean or not, we opted not to use them at all.
