Staybridge Suites DFW Airport North

No me gusto que no limpiaran el cuarto en los tres dias de estancia. El desayuno estuvo muy pobre y feo. Si me gusto su ubicación.

The stay was ok, the property is not well maintained and staff was a little overwhelmed due to the recent weather conditions. Biggest issue was the walls are so thin...we could hear everything from the units around us.

Front desk staff very rude, kept masks pulled below chin. Floors were dirty and Mike blamed it on the construction crew that stayed at the hotel. I was there for seven nights and the entire hotel was never vacuumed. Dirty finger prints everywhere, never removed. Elevators were filthy. First room we were in had never been dusted, surfaces were dirty and urine on commode. Dirty refrigerator and microwave. Cabinets covered with dirty fingerprints. Moved to another room and “housekeeping manager” claimed that she cleaned it. It was as dirty as the first room. All the door knobs were filthy. I wiped everything down with anti-bacterial wipes before touching anything. There was a dead cockroach in the hall on the day I moved in, I informed “mike” and he said he would report it. I told him twice that my shower did not work and he said maintenance would repair it. Hair clogged drain. Eating area tables covered with the same food for seven days. When I checked out, I told “mike” that the shower was never repaired and his cockroach was still on the floor in the hall. He said he would report it, I told him that wasn’t necessary and that I would report it since I had multiple other things to report. His response was “Great”. I guess sarcasm is the only requirement to work here. The only reason I stayed here is because it was close to family. I will never stay at a Staybridge again, nor will I suggest anyone else does either. This place is a true hot spot for Covid, stay at your own risk!

Property is in a great location for various purposes. The staff is professional and friendly.

We have recently starting using Staybridge due to their 2 bedroom 2 bath options. We have really enjoyed the stay at each one. This one however was the dirtiest one we've been too. We arrived close to midnight and were leaving early in the morning so we didb not change rooms. I tried to move the foot rests to pull out sofa bed and they were extremely sticky. The sofa was stained and crumbs all under cushions so we did not use. The shower had hair on the wall.

Good Stay. I was looking for a 2 bedroom suite and I found it here at Staybridge at a very good price! Some of the furniture was kind a worn out but in general the suite was very pleasant. On our first night we hardly got any sleep as our top floor neighbors had a party ...and it was VERY loud...the rest of the week was great!

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Pictures are not up to date with the property conditions. BBQ are rusted that they aren’t operable. Cracks I. The Sheetrock in our room. Missing cabinets covers exposing plumbing. Drain for the shower was loose. Breakfast....I understand it covid and thing need to be adjusted but I would expect more than a nutra grain bar and muffin.

We stay here whenever we're in town, its just so lovely. Great hospitality, a whirlpool, pool, basketball courts, everything you need to cook and feel at home in the suite... We just love it.

The side doors never wanted to work with my card, and the front door is physically locked at some point. I'd come in at around 3:30 am and have to wait for the clerk to get around to the door. Also the shower water did not get very hot. Those are my only two complaints, and they are only mild complaints lol. I really did like this hotel, and I'll probably wind up staying here again the next time I'm in the DFW area
