We stayed for a sports tournament for my daughter. The hotel is remodeling so it looks a mess at the moment in the hallways but once in the room it was okay. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were okay. Rooms have microwave and fridge. It was okay for a one night stay. The area was safe and had a lot of shopping centers and restaurants near it.

The property is under construction and kind of shabby. I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk check in at 5 in the afternoon. The room was ok. Nothing special. The rate I got reflected the condition of the property. Very cheap in a not cheap area.

Hotel is under renovations but was not in the best shape but was fine for what we needed. Was not impressed with someone trying to enter our room at 12:15 at night, they stated the front desk assigned them to the room. Thank god we had the latch done so they couldn’t come all the way in. Then at 12:20 the front desk called our room and woke the entire room up.

Overall, the ladies at the front desk staff were exceptional and very helpful. However, during my stay, the power went out twice, the gym was very cold, and my tub/shower was clogged. I visit Dallas a few times a year for business and personal since I am Cowboys fan and I was disappointed in the facilities.

Elevator stopped while we were in it lights went out, lasted about a minute long enough for us to get off and not get back on ,room was nasty,sheets were stained tub was stained,and carpet. Went down for coffee at about 6:00 guy at front desk said wouldn't have any ready till 7 so went back at 7 got coffee aadded milk milk was bad got plain coffee and left the place is really ruined down

I get that the hotel was under a remodel, but our room looked unfinished and our bathroom looked like they had been working and then just quit for the weekend. Our bathroom door looked lie and exterior door had just been installed. The shower amenities were questionable… I don’t believe the shampoo and shower soap were really filled correctly. We even found a plastic Easter egg on the floor behind a curtain.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the children's hospital where my daughter had day knee surgery. It was in a great location and close to many restaurants and shopping centers. We happened to be there when a massive thunderstorm came through and caused our window to leak. The managment quickly moved us to a different room, and floor since my daughter had knee surgery and we were not sure if the power was going to stay on. They even helped us move and I so appreciated it. But the hotel is undergoing renovations and the rooms were not quite finished. Nor did we have internet that was fast enough to stream NETFLIX or to play video games (my daughter had brought her console since we knew were were going to be in the room all day after her surgery) That was very frustrating. The pool wasn't available yet either so if it had been a sunny day we couldn't have gone out to lay out and chill. So thus the mixed feelings. It will be great when the renovations are done, just be aware.

Room was in poor condition. Roof leaks and bad repair work shown on ceiling and throughout room. Chair was stained/dirty. Window had gaps letting breeze in through air unit. Restroom lighting was terrible. Fan did not work. No covered parking during hail storm. We will not be returning. Raised room concerns twice to staff. They did nothing and were not surprised. Housekeeping missed room trash bins and coffee replacement. Skip this place. So many other options in Frisco.

This hotel was very nice upon entry. There was a vision board of their renovations but honestly this hotel should be closed while doing renovations. There was a chemical smell and the filth in the bathroom and broken window that was broke all the way through and tv didn’t work you can see in the pics below. Explains everything!

This hotel is in nice and quiet location and is yet very close to a lot of shopping and dining options and is also within walking distance of shopping malls. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.

I stayed at this hotel. I went there, and the hotel was under renovation I didn't expect that when I got there. The hotel is old, with dirty carpet in the rooms. I'm sure after they renovated it will be nicer.
