We did not get to stay when we arrived our room had been given away! An employee ran our card without permission before we arrived and it blocked so they rented to somebody else last min! We had driven four hours and had no place to stay after midnight! We had to find another place 35 min away! Will never use your site to book again! Very dissatisfied with the service and the desk guy was very rude about it!

The property was welcoming to our small dog. Unfortunately the elevator was out and only rooms avaliable were 3rd floor. Cj was very nice and apologetic at the front desk amd offered to help with luggage. We just had a small suitcase so not necessary for us. Only other small thing is the toilet is very slow to flush.
