This was a great place for a weekend visit to the Cape. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and up to date. I heard that the pool is heated. If I'd known I would have brought a bathing suit! I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is TV had bad reception and not enough of channels. It would have been nice to also have CBS, ABC and NBC. channels. Great restaurants in area.

Staff were so warm and welcoming, a real highlight for the property. The property is on the older side, a little shabby around the edges, but room was generous in size and worked out fine. Would appreciate accessible plug socket by the bed.

The king suite was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. All of the suites are on the second floor with no elevator. The bathroom could use some updating. The plumbing worked but the toilet is low and the sink is quite small.

Stayed with children and had a good experience. All the staff were helpful, attentive and professional. One area for improvement would be the TV's, they get very few channels appropriate for children and had a lot of static channels.

This was a great place to stay. If you have children traveling with you they would love it. Miniature golf ,bumper cars, swimming pool all on property. Great family place to stay. I traveled solo and thought the Miniature golf was a fun time. After you get done playing go for some icecream. This was also on the property. Hotel room was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and willing to help. I would come back to this establishment. I didn't see a breakfast option there, but their are plenty of restaurants to eat breakfast near by. Plenty of parking large lot.

8/10 Very good

It's true that the place has a "vintage" feel--a lot of it is pretty old. But it is super clean and impeccably maintained. Very comfy beds and comfortable chairs. Pool is fantastic for kids. Bumper cars and arcade only "meh." No on-site food, but an easy walk along a good sidewalk brings you to restaurants and places like "The Backyard" with food, drinks, and free music. Staff is especially friendly and helpful. Excellent place for a family.

I just needed a bed for a couple nights to visit some friends… worked out perfectly. Bed was comfortable, bath was dated but clean. Great water pressure. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked like it was in good order. Great location

Smelled musty and is outdated. Bed was clean and comfortable.

4/10 Fair

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pictures that were listed when booking did not portray the rooms. Beds were booked as (2) queens but they were fulls. Carpets needs to be cleaned my suns socks were super dirty after walking on the floor. The overall listing is a little misleading for arcade and mini golf….yes they are next to the property but costs extra and not part of your stay. It’s a great little hotel but needs some upkeep/remodeling in the bathrooms and rooms.

4/10 Fair

The staff was very friendly, and we were able to check in early…however it’s definitely an outdated place in need of some renovations. The floor in our room was slanted, so much so that our wheeled luggage kept moving until we laid it flat. There were also a lot of dead spots in the floor that dipped, and creaked bad. The shower had no hot water all 3 days we were there, and the walls are very thin! The pool was nice though, and it is in a convenient location.
