Top Accommodation at a Great Price
Bed was really comfy, soft and cosy, probably better than my own! Shower was a walk-in, powerful rain-head shower. Fridge in room. I did book a standard room but they upgraded us to a better room. Restaurants are good, cheap fare - we ate at the Italian and the casual restaurant. Pizza, carbonara, steak sandwich and ham & cheese toastie all recommended - all of which were only a few hundred EGY each - like £4/$5 - for a massive main course portion. Maybe £2.50 for a big bottle of local Stella. They have posher restaurants as well, but didn't try those. Airport shuttle is free and runs every half hour. We got it form the hotel to the terminal (5 mins journey), can't comment on how to go the other way. As a great airport hotel I would stay here every time. Worth it especially for a night without a traffic nightmare drive from downtown Cairo at stupid o'clock in the morning.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable stay
Very convenient for the airport and shuttle came quickly when I called. Returning to the airport also easy with a shuttle every 30 mins. Room was very quiet, and I didn't hear people coming and going. Very comfortable stay. I was able to have a guide and driver pick me up here for some tours around Cairo. This seems to be the hotel that Egyptair use for transit passengers so there were plenty people coming and going but it ever seemed too busy and check-in for online bookings was dealt with separately and promptly. I ate at the main restaurant twice and both times it was very good. Shaima who served me in the restaurant was very polite and attentive. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Wish to improving the hotel management
We arrived very late so we would like to check in as early as possible to take a rest. However, the guys who were in reception were just talking each other and doing something while I was checking in. The worse thing is there was a discusting burning smell in the reception hall and it was remained in the rooms too even we selected non smoking rooms for a stay. I am very disappointed on this status but the transportation shuttle service was nice and friendly as well.
