LABRANDA Alantur Resort - All Inclusive

Very confortable,very delicios food and friendly personnel

10 out of 10 for this hotel. I stayed there during the Pandemic in Sept 20 with my husband and two kids and I have to say the whole experience was amazing. The kids really enjoyed their stay there. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful especially. I have to mention Tulgahan in reception who solved my query within 1 minute and also (Besem?) who is the lady who works in the children's play area and does the kids disco. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I would be staying there for sure next time I go to Alanya. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools with two kids pool, one of them has a shade which was ideal for my lil one. The beach was literally behind our room, we could hear the waves. The hotel has really taken in consideration health and safety, in the restaurants and outside masks and sanitizers were available every where. Thank you to all the staffs and Labranda Alantur.

We checked in late after our wedding party, but it was such an easy, professional and efficient experience!

I hate to give Labranda anything less than 5 stars, as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but there were a couple of things that took it down from a perfect score. Positives: location and beach were stunning, systems were all in place for towels, beach, pool and food that worked well, food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful, room was quiet, I was left alone unless I was seeing engagement. Things to improve: Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not adequate. It is almost impossible to book the hotel shuttle - before I left I tried calling for three days, emailing, messaging on here and Trip Advisor before I finally got hold of someone through Facebook. On the way home, I went to guest services four times, but they have limited hours and aren't even always available during those hours. They were very helpful when I finally got hold of them, but it shouldn't be so hard! I basically spent the whole morning on my second to last day trying to sort it out, when it should have been able to be done in 5 minutes. Overall though,I had a delightful stay and was very happy.

This hotel is a hidden gem, with its own private beach and beautiful grounds.

The hotel location and entertainment facilities were very good but living conditions were pathetic . 36 to 38 centigrade and AC was like a slow fan and that even was for limited hours during day and night. Hotel staff were rude and also didn't knew a single word of English . The room service was never done on phone and you had to physically go half a km to reception what you need .you put a label at 10 am for room cleaning and room cleaning was done around 3 to 4 o clock. Rooms that's on website are totally different what we got. Rooms conditions were like a 3rd grade hotel. Even the beach is private with hotel but its very deep and you have to go to other side of town to clepotra beach to enjoy. Won't recommend to any friend or traveller. Lot of good options for stay in alanya .

Otel genel olarak iyi ve temizdi çalışanlar ilgili otelin denizi biraz kayalık ama giriliyor, havuzlar güzel, yemekler iyi. Konum olarak aracınız varsa Alanya İskele Barlar sokağına vs . 15-20 dk sürüyor. Barda ki meyve suları çoook kötü maalesef.

Огромный собственный пляж, всегда есть свободные места. Но пляж при этом не песочный, а какая-то смесь земли с песком, при заходе в море - галька, а метра через 2-3 начинаются очень острые камни, при глубине менее метра - и я, и супруга, несколько раз порезали ноги. Можно заходить с причала, но до него нужно идти с пляжа, так что это не очень удобно, особенно если вы с детьми. Питание неплохое, каждый день какие-то из блюд меняются, официанты с напитками иногда забывают подходить, приходится ждать или идти за ними. Напитки все местные, но вроде бы неплохого качества. Довольно большая очень зеленая территория, есть магазин, если что-то забыли взять с собой (например, подгузники для ребенка, сигареты и какие-то продукты). До центра города можно добраться на такси за 6-8 долларов, до аэропорта Газипаша - за 25. В целом отель понравился, особенно за такую приемлемую стоимость.
