When I made the reservation through Hotels.com I requested a handicap accessible room. I did not get that. Why ask if you have special request if you are not going to give the special requests.

Nice waterpark. Rooms need updating.
Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Old and squeaky. I was disappointed in the small selection of food and drinks in the water park and the set up to check-in to the water park caused long delays. The food at the waterfront and bracco was good. Could use more staff to serve food and drinks.
