HEMOS HECHO TODAS LA VISITAS ANDANDO SIN PROBLEMAS. LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL NO HA PODIDO SER MAS CORRECTA Y PROFESIONAL. EL DESAYUNO PERFECTO PARA PODER AFRONTAR LARGAS JORNADAS DE CAMINATA. HASTA EL PERSONAL DE LA CAFETERIA QUE RECOMENDAMOS ANTES DE IRSE A LA HABITACION HAN ESTADO DE DIEZ.

Muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros del centro, de la estación de trenes y de la zona desde donde parten las visitas a las minas de sal y Auschwitz. Personal muy agradable. Muy limpio y silencioso. Perfecto

Modern hotel in a great position close to the Old Town in Kraków and right next to a huge shopping mall. Handy for a bit of retail therapy if the weather isn’t the best. Very close to the train and bus stations, convenient for airport transfers. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Kraków.

Very strategic location. Room very clean. If I would be back to Crackow, I would stay here again. Full control over air conditioned, can be fully shutdown and no noise during the night.

It was nice, the hotel has very good location.

This is one of the worst places we stayed at. One of the guests mother died suddenly 5 days before the trip. We didn't book the cancellation option as we had a family event to attend and were sure to come. Unfortunately, the mother of one of the guests (and grandmother of another guest) died. This was extremely sad and horrible experience. We asked the hotel for a refund or a credit to use it again, but they refused. They were not replying to us and keeping us with no answer. We said we can produce the death certificate, but they still refuse the refund or a credit for the hotel. I just can't believe that they would not understand we had a death in the family and wouldn't show compassion. We had so many sudden expenses with the funeral and 2 rooms for 4 nights wasted. Disgraceful, terrible. Staff showed no compassion or understanding.

Excellent modern hotel in close proximity to both the train station and the Old Town, recommended hotel.

It's all about the mannagment. Everything is runing smooth,like it was programed for you.

This hotel is the ideal location, and the staff were extremely helpful! Greg in particular pointed out wonderful restaurants and points of interest for us.
