This is not comparable to a $200/night hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s guest room. You share a bathroom and kitchen area with 1 or 2 other guests. You get your own lockable bedroom and your own shelf in the fridge. There is coffee and tea available. It is tidy, the bed was flat and firm, and the hosts are lovely. If you’re looking for a simple, inexpensive place to get a good night’s rest, this is a good choice.

A nice place with a private entrance …but was not fond of my shoes in the porch it was too cold for them overnight out there. Dishes were not clean enough. No bathmat provided. Believe sheets were clean but too aged for a B & B.

Friendly hosts But bed not comfortable Kitchen sink not clean Having to wear their plastic sandals other patrons would wear ?? Sanitary? Food provided was overcooked and rubbery table flooring very worn with tears. I do not recommend without upgrades

A great visit. Two nights in the middle winter. You can park on a driveway reserved just for you. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Very quiet and very comfortable. Justin & Shirley made me feel at home. High recommend and I will be returning
