Good option if you are looking for a budget stay very close to the Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. The staff was super helpful as I had to call them a couple of times during the stay. The bonus is that the property is walking distance from the Bird and Jim restaurant, which has excellent service and food.

The room was clean and remodeled, however it was pretty small. We are a family of four so it was tight. The parking wasn’t bad, we were able to park close to our room for both days we were there. My only complaint would be that they are supposed to have a hot tub and they do not. It was very close to the national park and conveniently located by restraints and gas. We would stay here again.

The room reeked of cleaning chemicals. I have migraines and cleaning chemicals trigger them. Whenever the fan or AC kicked on it smelled like vomit. Opening the windows helped and not running the AC. Pls consider not using such strong smelling chemicals for cleaning. There was hair on the bathroom sink when we arrived. Beds were comfy, the room was clean. We spent 13 hours there, 8 hours for sleep. Super expensive for what you get. Its an old Motel, no lobby. You check in on a kiosk.
