Hello I stayed at the Dayton house for my birthday.The check in went smoothly. The lady at the front was nice. She let me know where the breakfast was being served. She also discussed the amenities as well. Everyone on the property were very friendly. The room which had a balcony was nice. The breakfast was awesome! It was a buffet breakfast that included freshly made grits, biscuits, eggs, waffles and fruit. I will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was okay, property needs some updates in rooms and bathrooms, cheaper for a reason, breakfast was nice but you do have to walk 2 different streets up to go to breakfast (no biggie) however not easy accessible, the staff at restaurant were a tad rude. Allot of construction next door so accessing the lazy river youll have to walk on the road or beach access walk through construction. It has dirty hallways and rooms, but it was decent for spending the night . Bar is nice down by one of the pools.

We stayed at ocean front room, nice ocean view and sunrise view for a week. There’s no cleaning at the room at all only come pick up trash and bring new towels. The first day we stayed the shower wasn’t drained, wondering why they didn’t checked the room before check in. The breakfast was okay but they are the same almost every day.
