Room door wouldn't open. Had to get someone at desk to open it. Had to push very hard to open. TV wasn't working - had to again get someone at desk to help. Cable wasn't plugged in. No coffee when I went down to check out. Fruit looked like it had been there for a few days.

Basic room
Basic room. Fridge froze our soda & a can exploded- huge mess. Charge of $50 extra for our dog. Found this out at check in. Contract workers seem to stay here.

Overpriced and uncomfortable
Probably would find another hotel. States “grab and go” breakfast. Went down had a choice of an apple or cutie, no coffee had to Door Dash food. The light in the bathroom made a loud metal screeching noise so you had to take phone with flashlight in bathroom at night so no one was getting woke up. Security chain loose put chair in front of door, table broke. For under new management you would think it would be updated in rooms. Spring beds very uncomfortable. Just very overpriced uncomfortable stay.

I booked 2 rooms checked it at 3:00. Left ant went to a Quince when we returned at 3am with key cards in hand one of our rooms were given away. When I went to talk to front desk night counter person was not friendly. I told her this is the last time we will book with you because of her rude reaction about why my room was given away. As I was leaving after finally getting a new room she proceeded to tell me I could check out if I did no like it.

Missing things
The staff is very friendly but the facility needs some maintenance. Carpet is very old everywhere, aisles and inside the room. We found no hair dryer and no body lotion was provided. Our bed was not comfortable enough and we needed some extra pillows. It was good we only stayed one night.

The room itself had a funky odor present. There were stains in the carpeting that resembled old animal vomit that was just left there. The shower had hair EVERYWHERE. The faucets, shower head, and drains had soap scum, and hard water marks completely covering the fixtures. Not to mention, the television didn't work either. Final complaint, the occupants next to us had a puppy which did nothing but cry all night long. Hence why we clocked out as early as we did. I highly doubt I will be staying at Econolodge again

Unfortunately we were unable to stay. The key cards did not work, nor did the Staff's Master Key. There was a breakdown of their system. there were no other rooms available. We had to drive 2 hours to get home at 10 pm the evening of our reservation. The individual on staff that evening was apologetic and gladly gave us a refund.

Property was clean. However, could not use the tub, shower was the only option. Needed garbage bags and went to the office multiple times and it was empty, no one to be found. The free breakfast was more like a snack and only if you love carbs! Coffee was warm at best. However, it was decent enough. Clean and quiet.

A basic place to sleep. The room was clean, the shower hot, there were no bugs to be seen, and the bed was decent. They even had a little breakfast in the morning! The place could use some updating though. We stayed 2 nights and were surprised that the maids came in and tidied up each day. That was a nice touch. Overall it was a decent place to stay.
