La limpieza muy mal incluso había un chinche la habitación no estaba mal pero la limpieza mal

Disappointed in this hotel. While the price was great (should have known), the room smelled smokey, a train went by in the middle of the night, there was no TV remote, found a pin on the floor, the people upstairs were banging/moving things around into the wee hours of the morning (not hotel's fault, but made for a rough night's sleep), parking was horrible (had to park on other side of building). The woman who checked us in was very nice though. If we were staying multiple nights, we would have changed hotels. Won't be going back.

Very clean room overall, but room smelled of either old smoke or musty. Old food left in refrigerator from prior guest. Only 1 set of towels for our 4 guests, but when asked front desk for more towels, they could only provide 1 more set, stating that they “only had 4 sets of towels extra for the whole facility, and can only give out 1 set more” (so we had to share used towels in the room). Surprising, since we checked in at 3:05 pm, early in the 3:00 pm check in time. But appreciated the coffee available, the Ice machine, free parking, and cost of the stay (compared to cost of competitors). Convenient to downtown Convention Center, as a Volleyball Tournament was our venue. But overall courteous staff and clean enough room for our purpose, and price reasonable!!

What happen quality of service at this hotel. The second Hotel I stayed in Columbus that was bad

Management was rude and would not work with us because we booked through Hotels.com.

It was a very nice stay this time. They have been hit or miss with service amd with cleanliness in the past. But this time the stay was pleasent. New set up of room and furniture in the King accessible was well appointed.

Little bumpy at first, wouldnt let me check in early. Then shift change and this crew was alot nicer. I had booked a 4 night stay, oncthe mornkng of my first day 4 employees banged kn my door and told me I had overstayed and was supposed to havr checked out at 12. Then a phone call from a rude and abrupt desk clerk again woke me up telling me I over stayed. However after this issue my stay was uneventful.

Overall it was good

The man who checked me in seemed angry and couldn't have been more disrespectful and rude.

Dirty, smelly room so bad I booked somewhere else, that changed our plans but it was a better, safer option.
