The staff at Cape Sands were very polite, helpful and professional. The room was clean; roomy and comfortable. There were many nice amenities; though some would benefit from upgrades like adding a bathroom to the room with the indoor pool and jacuzzi; or adding a visual barrier around the outdoor pool which sits in the middle of the parking lot. The property overall was clean and well maintained. It is well located, a short drive to beaches, attractions and restaurants. It is a good price for the location.

The hotel is in a great location very convenient. The bed was very comfortable room was clean. The property needs some maintenance.( painting new carpet ) You can see where some of the deck boards have been replaced. The river and marsh behind the hotel is very peaceful and nice to watch the wildlife.

The staff service were very nice. It was a decent stay as well as price. Very close to many activities. We try not to nit pick but the heated indoor pool was ice cold while the jacuzzi was scorching hot. We read continental breakfast but it was incorrect. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. The bathroom needs revamping. It's old and to wash your face, your forehead hits an awkward shelf. Needs some scrapping and paint. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

8/10 Very good

The staff was very kind to put my key in a lockbox outside the office since I was arriving late. The room was clean. I did notice that I could see the patches on the walls that were fixed under the paint and did not like that, nor did I like the fact that I could see through to outside by the ac unit that. Overall, def worth the price if you need to stay some place on the cape

Nice outdoor pool area. Didn't use indoor pool but that looked clean, also. Bed was comfy and the water pressure in shower was nice and strong. Little difficult parking especially if you come back later at night. The carpet in the room felt damp and was very dirty.
