While my overall experience at your hotel was pleasant, and the reception staff were very helpful, I encountered a serious issue during breakfast that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.
I ordered a cappuccino, which initially appeared normal, albeit overly foamy. However, upon finishing my drink, I was shocked to discover broken glass at the bottom of the cup. This is not only unacceptable for a 5-star establishment but also extremely dangerous—had I swallowed the glass, the consequences could have been severe.
When I reported the issue to the restaurant staff, the language barrier made communication difficult. A colleague eventually stepped in, but the only response I received was an apology and an offer of Turkish coffee as a replacement, which did not address the gravity of the situation.
