Hotel agradable cerca del centro de la ciudad y con una vista muy linda al rio

Viaje de Vancouver a Banff para tomar tour de 1 día en el parque Banff. Solo me hospedé 1 noche. En general está bien ubicado el hotel. El recepcionista de la noche que nos recibió es muy tajante al hablar y parece que regaña. Le pregunté algunas dudas sobre porque es un cargo que se hace s tarjeta de crédito que pide y responde grosero. El recepcionista de la mañana por el contrario fue muy amable. Definitivo no recomiendo el hotel por esta persona (creo es el gerente o algo así).

The beds were very firm, like sleeping on the floor firm.

I payed for a river veiw the receptionist put us in a parkinglot view. He did correct it, but after we had got upset about it. There is not much for room to park. They limit you on whats in the room. No cups, not much tissue left for your stay. If you plan to stay more that 1 day, bring tissue. The rooms are hot. Stayed at 25. No controls to turn it down yourself. We had to sleep with the patio door open. This hotel is outdated. And needs to be updated to current hotel standards. Last but not the least there is only one person working as a receptionist. So you if you have any issues. Make sure you have 30-40 minutes to wait for them to help other to get to you

We were pretty excited to have a river view and this room did not disappoint! What a lovely spot! From the photos you can tell this hotel is somewhat dated, but we got the studio suite with the gorgeous picture windows that appeared more modern. It was... Only the faux finishes were coming apart everywhere on the cabinets and beyond.The beds were okay. Not great, but okay. These things were a bit disappointing, but otherwise the room was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Great sound proofing. The main unfortunate thing was dinner. That's not entirely the hotel's fault except the lack of a map for access to the restaurant and the name of it displayed on the menu in the lobby and in the elevator. There are three hotels that share the same restaurant, but it's not very clear where it is. A map would have helped. The restaurant was incredibly expensive and the portions were miniscule. We also ordered spaghetti and meatballs for our girls to share and we're sent chicken parmesan. After the ordeal trying to order and locate the restaurant, we ended up just not complaining. But I would just plan to eat somewhere else if you stay here.

Great view, charming staff, heated parking... 1964 modern style building - I liked it very much!

Clean and comfortable room with a nice view. Nothing fancy, just a decent price for what you get - would stay again

I haven't gotten my deposit back yet! It's been over two weeks....

Very clean older hotel with good updates great for a Covid stay

Friendly staff, cute room but walls are very thin and I could hear what my neighbours were doing. Great location!
