What a great spot! My partner and I stayed in a private room and the view was of the station. The staff were lovely and the other tenants were respectful :) Next time we’re in Melbourne we will definitely come here

Only stayed for one night. 1. Got allocated to a room without any available bed first so I talked to the receptionist and ended up in a new room. I guess there were mistakes with the system. 2. Facilities are good, rooms have high ceiling and every bed has individual outlet and curtain, however there’s a huge cupboard which I can’t even open on the wall above my knee, and when I sleep my knee hit it a few times through out the night accidentally, and I’m only 5’4, I can’t imagine how tall people could survive this. 3. One of the shared toilets was a bit dirty but I guess it’s unavoidable for hostels. Overall I gave 4 stars as the facilities are good but to be honest not live up to what I expected especially the anti-human design of the cupboards.
