Our room was generously large and the in house washer and dryer was a great addition to our stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful and the grounds were well kept. Minus a couple dead trees and bushes. Clean, quiet and great amenities!

First time staying at Annabell Gardens but it won't be our last. We enjoyed our room, the breakfast, the ice cream and slushies, the pool, the grill -- we took advantage of it all. My 22-month-old may have attempted to give me a few heartattacks by peering over the loft while standing on the bed, so I may need to bring a baby gate to block the stairs if we come again anytime soon.

This stay was awesome. I thought I booked the room with the upstairs, but who cares. To have a washer/dryer on your stay is a plus. The shower reminded us of our at back home. Breakfast was amazing and the internet .... my goodness it was fast. Near shops and gas stations. Not too far from the I80. Would book again if passing through again.

The room was great! Beautiful fireplace, comfortable beds & perfect pillows. Unlimited ice cream @ slushies made my granddaughters squeal with delight. A nice warm welcome. In the lobby, they have slushy and ice ice cream available cappuccino and coffee. For pets they have doggy treats. Everything was cleaned. Only concern I had was to get the television to work. I did go to the front office and informed them of this. This is a common concern other than this. 5 stars!!!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is pretty nice, a little buggy not positive they empty the filters. I did see them testing it often though so I think levels were good. Unlimited ice cream machine was a big surprise kids loved it. Didn't have the best experience with front desk employees.

Such a cute and quiet place! Easy, flat access for my senior mother with bad knees. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having laundry in the room after a Long trip was a great perk. I think the only suggestion I would have is blackout curtains. We did have to hang towels and blankets on windows because every single porch light is on all night.

Breakfast was great! Outdoor pool closed most evenings (thunderstorms almost every day). The online checking process was confusing but it turns out I didn't need to use that anyway--checking in at the desk was easy. We did not get a visit from housekeeping during our stay but were able to get towels and garbage bags from the front desk, which was okay. We would stay here again though--room was comfortable, just hard to really darken the room for a toddler to sleep with the security lights right outside windows. Enjoyed our stay though and would recommend.

The gentleman that checked us in was great. The other days a young girl was at desk she barely looked up and has very little if any customer service skills to say the least. Couldn’t even get coffee one morning. Beds in this room we stayed in was not the best. We’ve stayed here many times and haven’t had this issue so might just be that room as this is the first time. Never had maid service this visit either. Pool and area was well taken care of.

We had to change rooms 3 times because the air conditioning wasnt working. The staff did not check to see if it was working in the rooms they moved us to before moving us nor did they help move our belongings ( I was traveling alone with 2 toddlers ) The ice cream and slushes were a neat amenity and the outdoor pool area was well maintained
