Very Disappointing ā Not a Real 4-Star Hotel
This hotel was a big letdown. The location is badāat least 1 km walk to the metro or anything useful, which is exhausting in Bangkok heat. Staff were unfriendly, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable.
The room was in poor shape. The faucet was nearly broken, and toiletries were limitedājust one small bottle of shampoo and shower gel per day for two people. The pool and spa were dirty and seemed unsafe; I even got acne, likely from the water quality.
The internet was nearly unusable. Out of 8 days, the Wi-Fi worked only 2 daysāand even then, it was painfully slow.
I accidentally spilled something on the bedsheet, and the hotel charged us over 30 Euros for cleaning. They refused to provide an official receipt from a laundry serviceājust wrote the amount on a scrap of paper and claimed āthatās the cost.ā This means they can basically charge guests whatever they wantā2,000, 3,000, 5,000 Bahtāwithout any accountability. That kind of practice is unacceptable and feels like outright robbery, especially from a hotel that claims to be professional.
In summary, I do not recommend this hotel. Itās overpriced, poorly run, and lacks even the basic standards of service and honesty. There are far better places to stay in Bangkok at the same or even lower price.
