Customers come last.
Terrible. There is construction going on at this hotel. Lots of loud banging until 9 pm I was told by the front desk. The hotel advertised free breakfast but we weren’t told that there is no breakfast available for at least a week .we were told after I paid. The room we were given was not available even though my wife requested it. The bed had an outward slope which was uncomfortable and sagging . We were promised the reserved room in a couple days but that never happened. This construction is priority one and customers are last here.

Stay was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good size. Bed was comfortable. If it weren’t for the ongoing renovations the stay would have been excellent

Annoying contractor, great hotel and staff.
The hotel is great with exceptional staff, however the contractor that works there left a semitrailer parked in the middle of the narrow through way to hotel parking. I damaged my rear right tire as a result trying to get by. The next day upon returning, the contractor instead of parking his massive work van in the middle area so customers can utilize the parking close their hotel, parked closest to the hotel blocking any view of the customers vehicle. The following day the same contractor parked on the middle line so nobody could park there. I told the manager but the contractor still blocked my view to my vehicle. I’ve never had that issue before and I travel regularly.

Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money. Hotel has almost no amenities but is clean and well maintained, and the rooms were recently updated. The included breakfast was surprisingly good. Service was very friendly.

Weekend family get together
Hotel was priced the least expensive, beds need an upgrade as they were very squeaky. Staff was very good. Shower faucet falling off, TV would connect to any shows and door needed to be forced open and closed (sticking). However the room was really just needed to sleep and shower.

Good stay and comfortable bed. Breakfast ran out of muffins for 3 days but no biggy. All in all a nice stay.

2/10 Poor

Disgraceful place
Filthy bathroom. furniture was torn up and shredded in some cases. The smoke detector was flashing red all night. the toilet didn’t work very well. The food was a disgrace. They served what was supposed to be eggs that didn’t even look real and tasted like rubber. Served on flimsy paper plates and plastic utensils that snapped when you tried to use them. Orange juice was watered down. The place was a dump..

Ww were disappointed that we were not told beforehand that there was renovations going on. The room we were in had a king size bed, which we requested, but it was too large for the room. We had to squeeze between the AC unit to get into bed. They were doing a good job, everyone was very nice.

Spent 15 minutes looking for the Brockville Inn and Suites! All the exterior signage is still for Travelodge despite the image on their website. Room was tiny as was bathroom. No bedside lamps. Desk chair was probably picked up at the end of someone’s driveway. Breakfast barely passable. I guess that’s what you get for $125 per night.

Very tired, old hotel
The hotel is rundown. The rear exit door does not lock, many of the windows have paint on them, the carpets are threadbare. The rooms are very basic, the bed was ok. The breakfast included was ok, but they ran out of eggs the first day of my stay until the front desk clerk came and microwaved some more. I picked this hotel since it was a few dollars cheaper than others nearby - now I know why. I will not be back.

I like that its near lots of amenities. I didn't like, there was no front desk staff first time I went to check in. 2nd time again no one but showed up sooner. Then got a dirty room and was changed quickly to another one. Breakfast was lacking. You have to shimmy around to get through the tables. Probably wouldn't pass fire safety regulations. Check out was easy. Lastly, the name of the hotel didn't match the outside so it was very confusing.

Ok, but tired.
Nobody smiles. The picture of the building displays a shiny new Brockville Inn &Suites sign. But in reality it was a tired old Econolodge sign. Not sure what that was all about but it made it hard to find the building. ☹️ The hallway and room need some TLC. But for a night sleep and an in-house breakfast in the morning it was ok for the price.

Outdated, dark…no lamps. Ripped furniture. Phone barely works…crackling. Rooms near highway are very loud. No tub, just small shower. No way that room should be 150 a night. Sink is not even in the bathroom?!? Was not impressed at all.
