The room was spotless; the furnishings were cute; and the location was convenient. But the staff when we checked was not very welcoming. There was an ice bucket in the room, but the ice was kept in the office. You could only get ice when the office was open. The wood floors squeaked with every step. We were on the 2nd floor and I felt sorry for the room below us

So the room itself, I was pleased with, definitely a fairly recent renovation. Comfy bed, nice bathroom. It was spacious for a lodge/cabin bathroom, btw, I am a little confused regarding someone else's review of hitting their knees on a wall in the bathroom, maybe that room is a different floorplan?? Even if you were much taller than me, that would not happen in the bathroom I had, and the toilet faced the door. But for the love of God, you guys NEED to dilute your fabuloso more that you use to clean the room floors. The smell was SO STRONG when I checked in. I aired the room out best I could before going to bed. Turned the heater on of course, its soooo cold, and awoke to more overwhelming Fabuloso odor after a few hours because of course, now the room has heated up. Ugh, it was disgusting. PLEASE DILUTE!!!!! 2 parts distilled water to 1 part fabuloso is the correct ratio. Thank you. And the room will still MILDLY smell of it so guests will still know you care and clean.

Very clean and comfortable. Just what we needed. Walls and ceilings could use more insulation to keep the noise down. But by 10 pm I think everyone was asleep because it was quiet.

Nice, but noisy
The room was nice, clean, and a decent size. The breakfast was good too. However, you better hope that the guests beside you and above are on your same schedule because there doesn't seem to be any soundproofing and the floors above creak with every movement.

The area is great for any type of weather. Lots of activities. As for the hotel/lodge - The bed was comfortable but you can hear through the walls like paper and no TV or should I say they had one but it needed to be connected to the WIFI. Which we waited an hour to find out maintenance went home. There was a bed, 1 chair, small side tables next to the bed, fridge and small microwave. Bring all other amenities. Know that the restaurant is closed. Breakfast is not included but there is a grocery store within walking distance to save the day.

The room was very small and had thin walls. We could hear people talking in the room next to us and someone using the hair dryer on the other side of us. The floors are very old and squeak with every step you make. I was waiting for someone below us to bang on the ceiling. The bed was hard and not comfortable. Felt high in the middle and like you could roll off either side. No in room coffee maker. No breakfast unless you wanted to pay $12.95 for each person. There was coffee at the front desk. For the price of the room, spend an extra $25 and find somewhere that is bigger and offers a little something.

Bed bugs but fairly accommodating staff
Island park lodge would have been an otherwise fine stay but I ended up getting a bunch of bed bug bites, which I had an allergic reaction to. I will say staff there was fairly understanding of the situation and accommodating whenever I spoke with them though. They said the bed bug issue would be addressed (?). The room I stayed in also had no dressers so there wasnt really anywhere for us to unpack, which was a slight inconvenience. Also walls are thin, so if neighbors are noisy it’s hard to get some sleep. Bathroom in my room was nice and spacious. Also liked the Roku tv.

Comfortable clean Heritage hotel
Comfortable clean room. Rooms are small and could be issue for some. Noise (talking) can be heard easily from other rooms. Breakfast buffet at attached restaurant is good.

This was a nice clean and fairly spacious double Queen room. The beds were fantastic. The microwave and mini fridge were great to have. The bathroom was nice too but door didn’t fit the frame and made the loudest bang-slap every time you opened it. Repairable I think. Room 112. Thanks for a nice overnight stay!

Quaint little rustic hotel that has been updated. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Incredibly close (30min) drive to the West Yellowstone entrance. Rentals and groceries next to hotel, more food and rentals across the hwy. We LOVED our stay!!
