The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge (male) went out of his way to recommend fun things to do.

Enjoyed the room, restaurant, pools, hot tubs, beach and incredible sunrise views. I’ll be back.

We checked in early, but our room wasn’t ready, which we had anticipated. The check in employee was wearing his mask under his nose, which went against the signage in the resort. Mask wearing in the resort was about 50/50. We were told that the room would be ready between 2:00 and 4:00 and we would receive a text when it was ready. By 4:15 the text had not been received and I then went to the front desk to check on it. The room was ready but they didn’t let us know. In addition the guest checking in did not have a mask and the desk area was not disinfected after he left. The shower had mold and mildew and the shower curtain became untucked in the shower when we went to wipe up the wet spots, the towels turned grey from the dirt on the flooring. We then washed all the flooring that wasn’t carpeted. The electrical outlets were loose and we had trouble using them. The pool area was clean and most people were social distancing. We would stay here again but would make sure all of the above was taken care of first.
