Wrongfully turned away
My guest had a DNR with the metro phx facility. I did not know that. So less then a hour before check in i was notified by text. My guest said she didnt know why. She called got info and said she wasnt going to go. I relayed this and still was denied my stay. I have never had a DNR with any hotel or motel. I should not have been turned . away. Especially since i wasnt going to bring guest as planned. I still have not gotten thru to hotels.com to get a refund?

Disgusting.
Gross hotel. Cockroaches, fluid stained sheets, grimy. We had to change rooms and that one was also gross. Drugged up people crashing into the building while we there also. Wasted money. Cost is money just to stay there to buy our own cleaning supplies

The door to the room had obviously been broken into previously, and poorly repaired, so the door never really fully locked. At 6 AM on Saturday morning, it sounded like someone was moving furniture and doing construction in the room above us. It was impossible to sleep between 6 AM and 10 AM when I told the front desk about it they just said oh somebody was moving out that day so they must’ve made noise. There was no effort to offer me anything to make up for the sleep that I lost. I would avoid this place in the future

You get confirmation from the property the day of. They have you sign that you will not smoke anywhere on the property. The frint desk was nice. Very nice and helpful. Explanied things well. She was dealing with a complaint about the tv. I really liked the layout. The bed was comfortable. The rooms tv did not work. And with them having other TV issues I left it off but i could then hear everything in the building. The room had a very musty smell. Leaving i honestly had to hold my nose, it was like manure on a farm. We decided to leave early. This was probably a great place once and could be again. I just would not go back.

If you want to know what it’s like to live in the projects, stay here. My room had roaches the size of my thumb and stain sheets. The property had police there every day. Scary to say the least. Stay away !!!
