The Juniper Hotel

Wonderful views from our room. Room was simple but has everything you need for a night or two. The restaurant is fantastic and great service!

Rooms were small as compared to same price range other hotels. Staff was not the best

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, the view was lovely and the bed was super comfortable! The front desk staff were very helpful.

From the very beginning, the check in process was seamless and staff was incredibly friendly. Throughout the trip the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Not as advertised. Room was dirty. Loud hotel. Bed was not comfortable. Even the garbage wasn’t even taken out upon our arrival. Staff was never available at the front. Only good thing about the hotel was the valley view. It’s close to the highway so it does get noisy. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I was assigned a room filled with pets’ pees smell, hardwood floor had nothing but scratches all over the floor.

If you want to avoid the busyness of Main Street Banff, this is the place to stay. Clean and comfortable, with nice views of the valley. The hotel is old, so rooms are smaller, but it has been completely redone in a contemporary style. Stairs to the second floor, no elevator. Breakfast was excellent! Staff were helpful and pleasant.

The view and location was lovely. Quiet hotel with a comfortable room. The bistro was closed during out stay but Tim Hortons is nearby for early morning coffee etc.
