Hotel ibis El Jadida

Hotel would benefit from a refurb but although tired it was essentially OK and you know what you are going to get with Ibis. The price was quite high for what you got. Having said that there was nowhere else that looked any better. The town itself is a medium length walk from the hotel and less prosperous than others on the coast but it was a convenient 1 night stop over between Essaouira and Rabat. The hotel was right on the promenade and we booked an ocean view however these had already been allocated (possibly to a coach party) by the time we had arrived (4pm). There is a small but adequate car park and the attendant wiped the salt spray from our windscreen before we left. Having walked round the town we decided that the hotel was the best option for dinner which was fine. There was a swimming pool at the back of the hotel which looked ok but we did not use it.

Good location, nice hotel need some updates, stuff were friendly

Stuff were very friendly, they all were helpful and welcoming, the hotel location is amazing specially sea view rooms are nice. But the hotel it self need some updates but overall worth the money you pay.

Smokey on ground floor as the bar door is opened and smokes up the entire ground floor as wee as area near the elevators on first floor. Rooms small but clean and functional.

Booked for 1 day to take my family on a 1 day relaxation trip as I had been sick undergoing treatment and I wanted a break for the family and my kids to swim in the swimming pool. Guess what? on Wednesdays, they close the pool for cleaning! the only one day that I brought the kids! and it says nowhere on the reservation info that the pool is closed on wednesdays, if I had know, I would have selected another place for my kids. Kids were really mad :( The staff: did not care and shrugged their shoulders with the usual 'Sorry'

Convenient, quiet, some rooms have a beachfront view, friendly staff. The price is right.

Can smell smoke in the corridors, cement/concrete chips on the floor from some construction workers boots. Got bitten by insects overnight. Water is cold. There was some dirt on the shower floor. Wood floor is dusty as hell. At least the bed was clean.

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hotel , cette fois-ci, j'ai trouvé un laisser-aller Pas de savon les lattes de sommier qui tombent toutes seules, ... les portes qui mettent du temps pour s'ouvrir, si elles s'ouvrent, ...

L’hôtel aurait besoin d’une rénovation
