It was terrible! The customer service told me over the phone my reservation was booked and I could check in at 3. Once I arrived she kicked me out of the office for not having a mask on and she didn’t have one on herself... she told me they only had to housekeepers and asked me how fast did I think they could clean the rooms with two people being that they have 150 guest. She told my reservation for my room wasn’t available for me and I would have to check in later at 10pm... I didn’t return, they should have let people know before they show up that they didn’t have any rooms to offer. And they STILL tried to charge my card for a room that wasn’t given to me due to them being under staffed and the rooms weren’t prepared by 3pm check in. Unprofessional. Terrible service, she was rude and didn’t make sense that she her self didn’t have a mask on, and did I mention the front desk was very RUDE and unapologetic about making me come there for check in at 3 KNOWING she had NO rooms CLEANED!!!
The only good thing I can say about this place was that the staff was all wonderful. That’s where the good ends! When I first walked in my room, I was hit by a horrible smell. Then I immediately seen that the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. There was dirt and stuff all over the floor. Then I noticed the tv. It was obvious a child ran sticky hands all over it and it hadn’t been cleaned. Everywhere I looked it was disgusting. I ended up just staying in the room because it was late and I moved a lot of stuff in. I had to clean the entire room top to bottom myself. The bottom of all the chairs were torn and hanging. All of the knobs on the drawers were either extremely lose or just missing altogether. There was thick, sticky stuff all over the counters. The refrigerator was nasty. The microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. And the WORST part...I was there about 3 weeks total...3 days after I got there I became deathly ill (couldn’t stay awake to do anything except run to the bathroom for 2 solid weeks). I had absolutely no energy, I continuously ran to the bathroom to get sick, I couldn’t keep a single thing down, not even a sip of water. It was HORRIBLE!!! And it stayed that way until I left 2 weeks or so later. I have no doubt, what-so-ever, that the room and how nasty it was when I first arrived is what made me sick. And to top it all off, all I wanted was some cold sprite, but every single time I tried to get one out of the vending machine, it gave me Mello Yello.
Every time I visit, it ALWAYS takes a LONG time to check-in. Many times, the front desk is never there and there is a line of guests outside waiting to check-in. Next, the tv is and remote is NEVER working. Get it together !! These things should be checked before a guest comes.
Roaches crawling in tub, up walls. Stayed 3 nights and no room service at all. Stayed with family when I could. The non refundable policy didn’t give me much choice.
Great location and cozy
The room had roach's the bed was missing the top sheet..they take a 100 dollars off your visa for 3 to 5 days which I was told I should read the fine print by the manger..I will never stay here again!!! You don't have to read the fine print for that...smart A
