Check in was an ordeal. Again, I give my girls several small trips a year..... both have kids with disabilities and need a break to getaway. I tried my best prior to my daughter arriving to give this hotel a completed form that they emailed and a copy of my debit card front and back for the $100 deposit required. I emailed this form twice and faxed it. When my daughter arrived no one knew anything about this form that I had been on the phone four times that morning to get to them. She had to pay it. I was not happy, the point of her trip was to relax and be stress free. As far as the hotel, she told me the pool area was very nice/clean but the room was disappointing in the cleanliness. Roach bugs lying on the floor. My family has stayed at this hotel many times in past years and never had a problem. I know it hasn’t gotten a rough name in the recent years since a killing there but it appeared the last time I was at MB to have renovated.
