Staff was good and it was peaceful through the night. Few room's had correct fridges like pictures. The hotel needs updates. The appliances and air conditioner were rusted. Roach problem was taken care of quickly. The hotel rating is no higher than a 2 which would be motel statis. I will save more money next trip and get a better hotel.

The lobby staff was extremely accommodating. I had booked my room back to back three times. Part for personal part for business they would’ve been in three different rooms so I asked them if they could just keep me in one room. And they did. I was extremely grateful. My family and I have been staying here for 20 years. It use to be in worse shape than it is now we stay here at least once a month sometimes more I’ve even booked a room two years ago for 20 some days in November I take my own cleaning stuff and my own bed cover my own trash bags even my own pans it’s like home away from home for us. I’ve stayed other places, but we definitely love Polynesian, especially in the winter months.

It's a 2 star hotel for a reason. However, the overall stay was fine. All staff we encountered were super friendly & helpful. No bugs spotted (other reviews say otherwise) & the room stayed relatively cool. The elevator barley works, at one point we thought we were going to get stuck because the doors would only open a couple of inches then closed back immediately. Parking is open to the public, so it was difficult to find a spot. We walked as often as we could because once you leave your spot is gone. If you're like my family & only need a place to sleep & shower, it's sufficient & budget friendly.

The Wifi was great. The room was okay but floor was sticky & we stayed for 4 days so the only time the room seen a housekeeper was when I done it myself & I had to ask for towels, trash bags & toilet paper and throw dirty towels and trash outside the room. The pool was locked at certain times but was nasty looking one night. The parking sucked was hardly no parking. The staff was friendly. There were Japanese cockroachs.

We had a pleasant stay overall. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. One of the first signs that the property was a bit dated was receiving a traditional room key instead of a key card. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable enough, and the water pressure was excellent. In spite of having a beach front room our patio did not have any outdoor furniture. Although they have a parking garage. It was a nuisance to find adequate parking. One of the best features of the property was the convenient beach access, which made it easy to enjoy the shoreline. While we enjoyed our stay, the property would greatly benefit from a fresh coat of paint, updated furniture, and newer appliances. Those improvements would make the accommodations feel much more modern and enhance the overall guest experience.

Kitchen had everything needed to make a great meal, our room was oceanfront (higher floor) so it was the perfect view of the ocean and just down the elevator you’re right on the beach. Convenient location and good experience
