Arrived and was not initially told the property was under construction. I was also told the price but could do better online so I did. Once I made the reservation I was told the next morning someone would need to enter my room to set up a new WiFi router. I said no way. The very rude and unhelpful lady at the front desk said well then I can’t stay there. THIS WAS AFTER I MADE A HOTELS.COM RESERVATION IN FROMT OF HER. She made zero effort to tell me these things upfront. Construction said it was from 8am-5pm. Under my room at 5:15pm there is loud banging. I went down to reception and ordered them to refund my money. This is not the product advertised and I did not stay there. I need to get my money back from Hotels.com now.
