Not good
State of room wasn't good.
Mouldy, bit dirty, not nicest smell and firniture in absolutely horrible state. As seen on photos.
Falling bath tap, toilet felt like falling too.
Stayed on ground floor in room 007.
people in reception were just ok.
Only stayed because of my daughter who was very tired after Disney and wanted to sleep
Wouldn't go again.

No air conditioning in room
We rented a room at this hotel as it could accommodate our family of 4 in one room and was pretty close to Disneyland (half hour drive). We expected an air conditioned room- as advertised. We got a very loud table fan. It was an exceptionally hot day - 37 degrees and none of us slept well as the fan just wasn’t adequate. I had lost my passport and searched under the bed which was covered in a layer of dust underneath on the floor. The breakfast was ok however I feel slightly expensive for a child as ours only ate a bowl of cereal and drank water. I had toast, a pastry, two small fruit pots and coffee. €10 euros per person. The coffee was very good. The entrance was very modern and attractive however the rooms were disappointing and did not follow suit. Chipboard magnolia wallpaper, mahogany bunk beds, a dead bulb on my bedside lamp. Not really worth the £227 sterling pounds we paid. Our son wasn’t feeling well after the first day we spent at Disneyland, most likely because of the heat and the room wasn’t cool enough for him so we packed up on our return and checked out, having to pay for the second night as well due to our late check out. We went back to our holiday accomodation, which had air conditioning, and drove to Disneyland the next morning. It took longer but was worth it.

Property was excellent. We booked it to go to Paris via the train which was short Uber ride to station and direct train to East station in Paris. Room was small but clean. Staff spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful and friendly. We ate dinner in dining room 1 night and it was good. Good prices and again friendly service

Fine for a one night stay
Room had everything one would want except a secure way to ventilate it. Had a first floor room and it was a warm day. No air conditioning in our room. No window only and outside patio door. While we were in the room we could open the door and get a bit of air, but overnight the only recourse was to leave the door open and close the security shutters which gave little air flow. We were there as a one night stay for an early flight from CDG the next day. It was fine for that purpose and it is quite a convenient drive to the airport.

Tiny room
The room is tiny and the hotel as a whole smells musty. But it was good enough for the one night we spent here.

Good for a family of 4
The room was hot but otherwise completely comfortable. Great shower and very nice amenities (shampoo, coffee etc) I would recommend but there's nothing particularly luxurious.

Generally good but gloomy & cramped double room
Everything good about the hotel - location, layout, gardens, quiet, restaurant service + food quality and very friendly & helpful staff - except the room which felt cramped (twin bunk beds - adult size - which wasn't in the room photos), gloomy (very low wattage bulbs throughout & some not working), only one stool & one chair to sit on (in a room capable of sleeping a family of 4) & swelteringly hot (heatwave & no fan or aircon). The glass door to the exterior in our ground floor room didn't open without use of great force (!) a only opened a crack otherwise so little fresh air. The hotel said that the 2nd floor rooms were brighter but stairs weren't an option for my wife so we stayed put.
We knew there would be extra charges to pay on top of the room charge we paid via Expedia and these came to about +70% on the room charge, mainly for breakfast (€10 a day for a couple) & the restaurant on two evenings.

Only 15 minutes by car from Disneyland Paris.
We stayed here for one night prior to our visit to Disneyland Paris. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean and suited our needs. The hotel hotel restaurant was closed for the Summer but the receptionist was happy to recommend somewhere. We enjoyed a good nights sleep - it was very quiet and breakfast the next day was more than adequate. The journey to Disneyland was a very easy 15 minute drive.

Disney Alternative
For a trip to a well known theme park near Paris, this location was outstanding value for money. It may not be as well appointed as on-park hotels but was only 20% of the cost. 20 mins drive to the Parks. The staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming even though it was primarily a business hotel and they were completely full in the Easter School Holidays. They moved us to rooms closer together. The kids loved the buffet breakfast, although I fear we may have worn out their fresh juicing machine! :) Evening meal looked a bit grown up for the kids, but see food tip below. Easy to reach, only pity was that we didn't have time to explore Meaux. Next time! (Kids have insisted!)

Below average and poorly situated
Cramped rooms. Restaurant choice very restricting. Nothing around hotel and in a rather rough area. 2 miles down round and further in heart of meaux would be fine.
