Nice Hotel-Convenient Location-Bad Insulation
This is a very nice hotel that could use some better insulation. The rooms have plenty of space, the A/C worked great (although the thermostat didn't really respond to our adjustments), there was a mini fridge, small microwave and sink, as well as two TVs. Parking was easy, and hotel staff was mostly friendly. On the other hand, we were on the second floor and could hear our neighbors on the third floor, in addition to our neighbors on both sides. We also heard the landscaping early on Sunday morning, and freeway noise, as well as police/fire/ambulance sirens throughout our two night stay, so better insulated windows would be a plus as well. Overall, if I needed to stay in the area again, I would consider this hotel.

Actually a pretty nice hotel. Staff truly is amazing and friendly. I certainly plan to stay at this location when I visit family in Victorville.

Very loud road noise! Also the staff places families with small children on the top floors, where they run and stomp around. The family above us let the kids run around until 3:30am. We had to request to relocate our room so we could try to get some sleep. Very hard to get a decent night's sleep at this Hotel.

Clean and friendly staff
My room was very clean and fresh smelling. The bed was so comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again in the coming weeks. The overall look of the hotel is inviting and so clean too.
