Perfect stay, staff were great and went above and beyond. Only issue I had was with lack of Vegetarian options in restaurants- I had to make a special on the third evening to have a takeaway pizza in the reception room as I had risotto both evenings before. But still appreciated the staff who made it possible!

Brilliant stay.
We loved the hotel. We got a warm welcome and the staff members were so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff always said hello to us all. The staff made the holiday. We loved the cosy lounge and all the board games. The pool table was great too. The pool/spa was slightly tired, but everything was clean. The room was spacious and really well decorated. The view of the loch was incredible.

The hotel room was lovely with stunning views and the staff were very friendly. The spa facilities, however, were definitely not of 4 stars. Only one shower in the female changing rooms that was old and covered in mould.

Amazing location by the side of the loch with great views. Quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Rooms are maintained to a high standard and hotel has everything you would need. Would loved to have spent a number of nights here to take in the location and atmosphere even more.
