An incredible experience right from checking in. Food was great, staff were incredibly attentive, pool was lovely - staff there too were so helpful and friendly - a pleasure to be able to stay in what I consider one of the best hotel chains in the world

The reception was great and easy check in The mini bar was empty as per my request Two bath tops and two slipper s Non smoking room as per my request Pools and the beach were very good

We arrived 5 minutes passed check in time and was told our room wasn't ready. We were escorted to the cafe for a complimentary coffee while we waited. After an hour, my husband went to the reception area only to be told our room still wasn't ready. He asked to speak to the manager and suddenly, the manager said our room was ready. The room and view were great. We headed to the beach where the service staff were attentive and friendly. We returned to the room to take a shower before dinner. The drain in the shower was slow to drain and flooded the bathroom. I called to have them attend to the matter while we were at dinner. To be fair, housekeeping did come immediately but were sent away because we were getting ready and I told them we requested them to fix during dinner. Came back from dinner, nothing fixed. Called again and engineering arrived quickly, addressed the drain, and ended up doing the cleaning himself. We got complimentary breakfast for our delayed check in. The food was good, service was terrible. I can blame this on COVID at least. But after having to ask for every thing several different times, we just left after some coffee and eggs as it was no longer worth the frustration. Arrived back to the room and the AC had leaked onto my husband's clothes. We finally just checked out to be rid of the headache. We spent an amazing day at the pool/beach after we were rid of the other hotel frustrations.

Convenient location with many facilities. All the staff was pleasant welcoming and professional service

The quintessence of hospitality as deployed worldwide by Four Seasons. I had an excellent stay and would certainly go back there again. From accommodation, to food, to staff, everything was excellent. Except maybe for the smoking tea-room. I hope Doha will catch-up with the cigarettes-free environment trend.

great but needs a renovation

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel. Wonderful food and lots of flowers and the personel are very nice. I would add a pillow menu.. as I have a bad neck.
