Location, location, views!
Have stayed at Banff Rocky Mountain Lodge twice now. Both times have been excellent! Great locations for those who are looking for quick hop on the Trans-Canada highway and hit up the ski hills near by. Only recommendation is for the lodge to consider updating some furniture within the rooms, starting to feel outdated. Great lodge with superb kitchen to select from pricing is perfect for quality and quantity of food), wonderful wood fire place inside the units.

Beauttifi setting, wood burning fireplace
Beautiful setting, pieceful and private. Condo had all amenities you needed, we had a unit with kitchen. There was a real wood burning fireplace, just amazing. view we woke up to was forest covered in heavy snow and wildlife.

It was great, incredibly clean, front desk was more then welcoming and helpful when needed. Great range of pots, pans and dish ware was good for cooking in.

Cleanliness is NOT a priority here. Common areas,(stairway, hallways, pool areas)need to be cleaned! Floor to dressing rooms was not swept the entire time we were there(same piece of garbage on the floor) dust/dirt on heating vent and ledges. Even though the room was a pet friendly unit(we didn’t bring a pet) the hair left behind from previous guest pets was gross! Really needed to be CLEANED MORE THOROUGHLY! Pandemic or not we are paying for cleaning services. Masks are mandatory, to help stop the spread....shouldn’t CLEAN units and common areas be part of the equation?

We had a wonderful trip. It was perfect for our family. Enough space, great location. Ammenities allowed for us to bbq and cook full meals. Wood delivery to the door. Pool was open as well as the hot tubs. Very happy and will return again. Great value for cost
