Springhill Suites by Marriott Morgantown

Rooms were outdated. Bathroom tub really needs updated. The bed skirt was torn, need of updating! The first room we had made a water running noise. 9 sec on fifteen sec off, all night long! Asked if we could be moved for second night and they were polite and took action right away! Second room no noises, but really needed updating just like the first room! If you get assigned room 232 ask if noise was addressed! Really don't think I will stay there again!

Our stay was amazing. They had hot breakfast every morning and the pool and hot tub were open. The room was beautiful and very clean. Price was great and we had a great holiday weekend stay.

Everything was great other than there were only 2 pillows in the entire room and i had to ask for pillows 4 times over a 7 hr period before i actually got them. Other than that everything was great.

Although we had to comply with mask and other COVID regulations, the staff made the experience very pleasant. They made the difference in making it a great stay.

I've stayed at this hotel before and always found it clean and comfortable. The COVID precautions being taken seemed appropriate and were being carried out consistently. My only issue was with the check in. I reserved two rooms for my sister and me through Hotels.com. My sister was able to check into her room without any problem. A few minutes later, the desk clerk told me he could not find that I had reserved a second room for myself. I showed him the confirmation details on my phone, but he wasn't seeing it in his system. The desk clerk said this issue sometimes occurs when reserving through third-party booking agencies, such as Hotels.com and that the issue might take several hours to sort out. In the meantime, he suggested I just hang out in my sister's room. (He did not check with her to see if this would be acceptable.) I told him I would wait in the lobby until he handled the problem. Soon, one of his coworkers was able to find the second room in our reservation and issued keys. Unfortunately, I was not given a room next to or across the hall from my sister, as requested.

This hotel, was easy to find, centrally located, clean, comfortable, the breakfast was delicious . Eggs , bacon, Real oatmeal! Plus the continental stuff hotels usually offer . Staff were all helpful and pleasant! Very enjoyable place to go. I will go back here next time I pass through this town .

Pricing was excellent. Cleanliness was great. 2 of the housekeepers did not have a mask on at all! This was unsettling during a time when everyone is supposed to wear one when out of their room.

Quick and safe check in! We were very pleased with the safety measures taken at the hotel.

Very helpful staff at the guest services desk and at the breakfast station. While other hotels have prepackaged food selections due to covid (i.e. danishes or muffins), this hotel had staff dish your choice of warm, cooked items into to-go containers! It was a wonderful!

Tired rooms. Friendly staff. Stains on the couch. Inexpensive. Convenient location.
