Staff were friendly and nice and properly is easily accessible to food and drinks. However, they charged me for requesting a baby cot. I feel that it could just be added into the total bill of the hotel instead of a separate charge because a lot of other hotels offer free baby cot so this was quite unusual.

Have stayed here multiple times - the most convenient and centrally located hotel . Comfortable and clean. Will continue to stay here when going to Christchurch. Steps from the cathedral, riverside market, bus depot, shopping , restaurants etc
