This was are 5th stay at Dunes because we just absolutely love it!!Perfect for the kids.Always clean,staff are friendly and helpful.Our rooms each visit have been amazing.We love there are smart tv's!We prefer the Palmetto Tower as that is where Starbucks and Captians Cafe are located.At the bar outside you can even purchase food from the cafe.Always ice cream trucks coming and going between the 2 towers which is great!Location is perfect and it's very family friendly.Plenty of hot tubs and pools so it never feels overly crowded.

Hotel is run down and 3.5 stars no longer applies to this property. Many rooms still have old carpets and the rustic smell that goes with it. Bathrooms, including showers need an upgrade. They did paint the hotel recently, but that just lipstick on a pig. Great location on the beach with a nice pool and waterslides. Stay for the location and not for the rooms.

Def a 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone that speaks on staying in the myrtle beach area. So much fun for the kids where you dont have to leave the hotel. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and plenty of activities for kids to do through out the stay,sleeps very good. Me and my grandkids definitely enjoyed ourselves and will be back soon.
