Amazing reception tea
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family with kids. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the food was delicious. Staff very attentive and friendly who were always willing to help with any questions. Pool area was smaller than we hoped and the addition of having something to entertain the children during the day and some adult entertainment during some evenings or at the weekend would be a great addition to the resort. My room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and kind (Sandro helped me get my luggage to my room and to car) and moved my daughter's family to a 2 level room with a kitchenette for my grandson. Grandson loved playing in the indoor pool. Only negative was breakfast food choices on line not really what Americans tend to choose, but nice presentation. And coffee machines never fill the cups, need to do twice. But really, A lovely hotel!

The staff were lovely, the hotel has beautiful views, it is peaceful and breakfast is lovely. You need a car unless you plan to relax on resort. There is a Lidl nearby for necessities and it is a 15 minute drive to the beautiful beaches at Guincho and Cascais.

the pool facility was very cold, the sauna was very cold and there was no member of staff to assist you if anyone drowned in the pool no member of staff was there to help or assist.The restaurant evening buffet was not value for money too expensive not much choice. There was a time for breakfast there was no fruit and it was not replaced so had to do without.
