Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm - but rooms were not ready at 4pm!! We had to wait 40 mins before being given our room key. The desk clerk was doing his best but this is unacceptable. Nothing was offered to make up for this inconvenience

Beautiful location
Great experience! Very friendly staff. Bed wasn't too comfortable though but certainly not the worst we have ever had. Convenient to Newport and many excellent restaurants! Right on the beach and beautiful views at Cliff Walk just a few minutes away. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Extremely small room
The room was extremely small! Only place to sit other than the bed was 1 lonely chair. The tv was not mounted on the wall and could not be watched unless sitting in said lonely chair. The outside hot tub and rooftop sitting area was nice. That is were we could sit together and enjoy a drink because there was seating for more than one!!

Looking forward to a nice relaxing evening in a spa hotel on the beach. Firstly the hotel is not in the beach as the pictures show. The hotel has been updated with decor and bathroom fixings but it is not modern. The hotel has a musty smell everywhere. The room was tiny not worth the nightly rate. The aircon is old and very noisy we had to switch it off to sleep! There is also a fridge in the room which hummed all night. No food available which is expected due to Covid and there was a screen at reception which was good. Overall disappointed with this stay.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable! Perfect location! We got to watch the surfers really well from our room, it was a nice bonus to the trip. We didn’t expect to see any surfers.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, however we had a room that had spiders. Look at room options and another room had a spider. Went to lower floor w no issue but would not stay again.

Room 363 was listed with a queen bed, but was definitely a full size. Also, WiFi was weak in that room. Otherwise love the location, service, cleanliness. Would absolutely come back.

It was terrible. Check in was at 4 wasn’t ready until 5ish. One person on desk with many people trying to check in. Room was expensive and size of a closet. Dusty and dirty. Our car battery died and an employee said she had jumper cables but no one including manager would cover desk for 10 minutes so she could help. Awful experience. Will NEVER stay there again
