Friendly staff, nice accommodations, but had difficulty with maid service.. room was only cleaned very late in the evening and dirty towels were left in bathroom. Had to go to front desk for clean towels one afternoon so we could shower for dinner. Body wash dispenser in shower was completely out and we had to use the same 2 glasses provided the whole 5 days we were there. Floor didn’t seem to be cleaned of sand and dirt the first 3 days, but after bringing it to attention of cleaning supervisor, it was cleaned the next day. TV in our room did not connect to WiFi and it took several days and numerous staff to look at it , but finally got it connected. Also.. lighted mirror in bathroom did not work, but we never mentioned it to housekeeping. Pool area was very small with only 6-7 lounge chairs. Hotel is not on beachside… as it appears in their photos, but is across the street. You can access the beach by crossing the street (w/o a crosswalk) and walk down a very long narrow dirt path to the beach. I will have to say all staff were very nice and tried their best to make our stay nice. About 10 min walk to Coligny Beach and shopping.👍

We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again.
